 Liked · The service from the care taker was excellent. He helped with purchasing things we have forgotten to bring along and arranged for transportation. The driver was excellent. Very friendly, speaks good English, Knowledgeable and good price (Airport pick up, short trips and day trips).

 Disliked · The decorative pictures are a little too creepy and the bed might have some bed bugs.

 Liked · Villa manager and his staff were excellent. Assisted us with taxis and tours all of which were excellent and value for money. The Villa is well appointed with great pool and lodging areas. Close proximity to main street shops and restaurants.

 Liked · Loved everything. Great location, great staff, great breakfast. Privacy was awesome. Don’t doubt for a minute when booking. If you hesitate you will miss out.

 Liked · The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful and have great command in English. And also attentive to every request or questions we may have.

 Disliked · There was a problem with the pickup arrangement where the driver’s car broke down then got stuck in traffic. However we were not informed so had to run around the airport looking for the driver and only found out later of the problem. However, the hotel owner was very responsible and trying to offer the solution, and reminded us many things while we took the airport taxi. At the end, the hotel offered us a free transfer on our day of departure as a way to make up. Their service attitude and crisis managment is great.

 Liked · Location, environment, facility, service, food….nothing that we did not like! We were only three of us, but the place was not shared with other travellers that the owner truly provided a full comfort for us. It was a perfect journey for us. Thanks to Pasek, Putu, Jero for all the helps and Pasek’s wife for the perfect dinner?

 Disliked · Mosquitos and bugs bothered which were nobody’s fault.

 Liked · Flawless stay at Villa Purnamasari. The staff were well above expectations, breakfast was great, and the property 5 star. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so fantastic.

 Liked · The host was excellent in email communication to ensure we get to the property without any issue, even though he wasn’t in town. The staff at the villa were awesome and always accommodating to every request which made our stay perfect. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared, punctual as well! The rooms and bathrooms were all superb! Overall, one of my best experience on a 3 night stay in Ubud, and highly recommended if you will book the entire property to yourself. Location too — Perfect!

 Disliked · The only thing I didn’t like was the 3 rooms were all detached i.e. if we were not a family of 5 people, we would have had the risk of having other guests in one of the 3 rooms. This is not a big deal if privacy is not a concern but sharing the common space by the kitchen would have been an annoyance. It was also, at times, sort of inconvenient that we all had to agree on timings to meet at the common space considering that this was one villa and not 3 rooms in a hotel.

 Liked · Wonderful property In a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle but within 5 minutes walk of the centre of town. Hosts were wonderful. 3 bedrooms all very private and each with its own bathroom.

 Liked · Everything was perfect with this property. Location is great, the villa immaculate and the hospitality was amazing. Planning on coming back next year.

 Liked · The outside bathrooms were amazing as was the pool that was surrounded by it’s own jungle. The villa was services by wonderful staff and very close to shops and resturants

 Liked · Location was perfect, super quiet set amongst tropical greenery yet a quick stroll from the centre of Ubud. Staff were very friendly and helped book drivers, tours etc. Breakfast was simple but well cooked and always left us feeling full. The owner very generously let us have late check out as no one was coming in that night which was greatly appreciated. We definitely enjoyed our time at Villa Purnamasari.

 Disliked · The rooms were a little musty/damp smelling and there were a lot of mosquitoes but this is the case for most of Bali due to the tropical climate.

 Liked · 빌라 푸르나마사리는 위치, 환경, 룸 컨디션, 청결 등 무엇 하나 빠지지 않고 완벽했다 하지만 우리가 반했던 이유는 직원들의 프로페셔널한 모습이었다 그들은 늘 우리 눈에 띄지 않았지만 언제나 우릴 주시하며 필요한 것들을 바로 채워주었다 그들의 그런 노력으로 자주 만날 수는 없었지만 매일 아침 모닝 인사를 하며 마주친 것 만으로도 충분히 그들과 정이 들었다 특히 Pasek은 영어를 잘 못하는 우리들이 정신없이 하는 말을 다 이해하고 완벽한 서포트를 해줬다 Pasek은 최고의 관리인이었다??

 Liked · Einfach herrlich. Man kommt aus dem Trubel in eine Oase der Ruhe. Patek und sein Team sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, immer anwesend. Gleich hinter dem Pool beginnt der Urwald. Es könnte nicht besser sein.

 Liked · 非常好的体验，舒适的环境，让人无可挑剔。特别要告诉即将入住的朋友们，管家Pasek真是太完美，善良的，热情的。凌晨3点入住能在Villa门口守候欢迎你的到来，帮你解决一切问题，订餐，约spa等等等。

 Liked · Все соответствует фотографиям. Очень дружелюбный хозяин Пасек. Бассейн плоский, достаточно глубокий, температура воды прекрасная! Мелкой зоны в бассейне нет. Общая зона очень понравилась. До главной улицы близко, минуты 2 пешком. До центра подальше – минут 15-20. Каждая спальня – это отдельная вилла. Природа прямо вокруг – буйные джунгли!

 Disliked · Петухи в округе орут бесконечно с утра до утра – я и представить не могла, что они могут орать просто беспрерывно и круглосуточно. Меня не очень это достает, но пара наших друзей спала с берушами.
